Should the ‘other guys’ get to pick your candidate?

Should Missouri have closed political primaries? That would mean you could only weigh in on who should be the GOP or Democratic nominee for an elected office if you’re a registered member of that party. Republican state rep Dan Stacy is pushing the idea.

Stacy says the open primary system we have right now allows people that are hostile to a party the chance to pick its candidate.
