Suspect in 1991 Russellville killing wants evidence thrown out

The man charged with killing a Cole County classmate 30 years ago wants evidence suppressed from his upcoming trial. William “Chris” Niemet was arrested years later in the death of 14 – year old Greg Jones in 1991. His attorneys want DNA evidence and a lie detector test ruled inadmissible. Niemet was 15 at the time of the shooting.
