Charges in JCMO car attack

A Jefferson City woman is facing charges of assault and property damage after she allegedly hit a victim and a parked car with her car Sunday. Police went to the 800 block of East Elm and arrested the suspect after seeing the attack on video. Two other suspects were arrested later for a fight on Locust Street but were later released. No one was badly hurt.
