Lots of rain means flooded roads

Keep an eye out for flooded roads again today (fri). After adding yesterday’s (thur) rain to Wednesday’s record total, we’ve now had more than three inches at Columbia Regional Airport in about 48 hours. The Missouri River in Jefferson City crests at moderate flood stage this (fri) morning. It is cresting a little earlier, and at a lower level, than what forecasters expected early yesterday (thur).
