Attempted murder for hire trial is a year away

It will be next spring before a Lake area realtor goes on trial for allegedly trying to hire a hit man to kill her former mother in law. Leigh Ann Bauman was arrested in March after she supposedly offered $1500 to have the woman killed. Bauman could face up to 10 years in prison. She’s now out on bond.
