Big win again for Cole County road tax

It’s one of those rare taxes that the voters seem to renew every time it comes up on a Cole County ballot. President Commissioner Sam Bushman says without renewal of the Half – Cent Capital Improvements Tax, we might have to go back to the ‘not – so – good old days’ …     

Voters have approved keeping the tax on the books ever since it was first introduced 35 – years ago.
