| Boone County reports a COVID-19 death for the third straight day. Health officials said yesterday (wed) the patient was in his or late 70’s. Boone is now at 128 total deaths from the illness. There were 80 new coronavirus cases in the county yesterday (wed). Active cases went up. Hospitalizations dropped slightly, but are putting a strain on resources. Cole County reported 38 new cases yesterday (wed). |
