Fed bill sending big bucks to Mo-Dot

Now that Missouri is being promised billions from the just passed federal infrastructure bill, maybe it’s time to resend Missouri’s recent gas tax hike. State Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick says it bears taking another look …     

Mo-Dot leaders say they expect $6 and a half billion will come into the state from both funding streams. They estimate spending about $1 – billion a year on Missouri roads and bridges.
