One man injured in Lake boat fire

ABC – 17 — The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a boat fire at the 7.5-mile marker of the Gravois Arm at Lake of the Ozarks.

Troopers report Jeffrey Bonnell, 53, was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with minor injuries.

Officials report the cause of the fire is still to be determined, but investigators think it may have started in the boat’s fuel system.
