New justice joins SCOMO

The first Black woman to serve as a judge on the Missouri Supreme Court was sworn in on Tuesday morning. The oath of office was given to Judge Robin Ransom at the Missouri Supreme Court building .

The judge had served on the Missouri Eastern District Court of Appeals.
