Blair Oaks deals with transgender debate

The transgender policy for the Wardsville school is dropped. The Blair Oaks Board removed the policy at last night’s meeting. It allowed students to pick a name and dress according to their gender status. They were also able to choose which bathroom they could use.

The board hired a search firm to help in the hunt for a new superintendent for the district.
