How about free breakfast and lunch for school kids?

Two Missouri lawmakers propose offering free meals to all students no matter what their family income is. GOP Rep. Brian Seitz filed a bill to provide free lunches and breakfasts. Democrat Senator Angela Mosely introduces a bill to help schools get reimbursed for the cost of meals for some kids.
