No trial date set for Missouri fatal Amtrak crash

There’s no trial date set for several civil suits stemming from the Amtrak train crash in Chariton County last summer. Four people died when a dump truck pulled in front of the train on a rural road. 150 – people on the train were hurt. Lawyers couldn’t agree on a trial date.
