Man charged in 1991 Cole County murder wants case thrown out

A man accused in a decades – old Cole County killing wants his case dismissed. 46 – year old Chris Niemet is accused of killing Greg Jones of Russellvile in 1991 when they were both 14 – years old. Niemet’s lawyers claim there’s no evidence linking him to the shooting. They say there are no witnesses or even a murder weapon.
