Two Columbia cops being investigated after excessive force claims

Two Columbia police officers are being investigated for allegedly using excessive force during an arrest. The pair were caught on video fighting with and arresting a man near a downtown Columbia bar early Sunday morning.

The two officers are on leave during the investigation. Boone County deputies will handle the investigation
