JCMO man admits to accidental shooting – draws prison time

The Jefferson City man who claims he was putting a gun back in a holster when it went off and shot his friend is headed to prison. Scott Randolph pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of Jeffrey Swope on the Columbia Mall parking lot in 2017. He draws a four year term.
