Additional sex charges filed against Fulton man

A Callaway County man faces new child sex charges. 35 year old Robert Stuart of Fulton was charged in September with possessing child porn. Now he’s accused of sexual misconduct with a child. He allegedly filmed a 4 year old girl taking her clothes off at a home near Russellville.
