DWI charges in JCMO Halloween crash

A Jefferson City man who crashed into a car and two houses on Halloween now faces DWI charges

Luke Weber was driving his truck on Buckingham Park Halloween afternoon when he crashed into a car and two houses, up the street from his house.

Police say Weber smelled of alcohol. No trick or treaters or anyone else was hurt.
