He has a cattle farm in Phelps County. Kehoe is the former Sixth District State Senator and won election to the Lt. Governor’s job after being appointed by Governor Mike Parson.

Kehoe is up against Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, Senator Bill Eigel and others in the August 6^th primary.
