Victim hit by gunfire isn’t cooperating with JC-PD

Jefferson City police say a gunshot victim taken to a local hospital Sunday evening isn’t talking. Officers responded to reports of gunfire near the Hickory Street Park about 7 p.m. The wounded 37-year-old has declined to identify any shooters.
