JCMO trash truck get stuck in collapsed pavement

Jefferson City officials now confirm a trash truck fell through a concrete pad Tuesday on Franklin Street.

The city says that the ground collapsed because of a failed storm sewer or wastewater line.

Crews had to use a crane to get the truck out of the lot. No one was hurt.
