Accused CoMo killer is in a mental health facility

The young woman who’s charged with killing a University of Missouri student from Jefferson City will stay in a Department of Mental Health unit .. at least until she has another hearing.

22 – year old Emma Adams was charged with second-degree murder and other crimes in the death of Samuel Clemons.

Adams is accused of stabbing Clemons and burning his body in a burn pit of a Columbia home last year.

She claimed she killed him in self – defense.
