The man convicted in the death of a Lincoln University student sees his bid for an appeal turned down.
Alfred Chism Jr, of Jefferson City, is serving a 30 year term for the murder of Charon Session in 2018. At the time he claimed he shot Session in self-defense.
The appeals court turned thumbs down on his argument.
