Fatal accident at a Lake – area factory

One worker is dead after an accident at a Lebanon factory. Police went to the Detroit Tool Metal Products building Tuesday morning. They found a worker on the floor underneath a large spool of wire.  The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No name was released. OSHA is investigating.
