Drugs found on woman passed out in her car in a Jefferson City yard

Maybe don’t go for a drive when you want to get high. A Columbia woman faces drug sales charges after she drives off into a Jefferson City yard and falls asleep. Bailey Thomas was caught with meth and fentanyl after she was found passed out in a running car in the yard of a home on Scarborough Way Wednesday.
