A Jefferson City man dies in a Highway – 63 crash. Troopers say 50 – year old Mark Locke was killed when he pulled out in front of another SUV near the Eagle Knoll Golf Course. Two women in the other car had injuries.
The crash closed down a lane of Highway 63 in southern Boone County.
