Former Missouri Senate leader Ron Richard of Joplin, who also served in the House, died this morning. He was 75.
Richard, left the Senate in 2019 due to term limits.
Senate President Caleb Rowden of Columbia says in a Tweet: “Ronny had a gruff exterior, but was as loyal, as loving and as sincere as anyone I have ever known. His legacy will live on for decades to come.”
