A Sunrise Beach man faces charges after a fatal boat crash last summer at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Bobby Gene Childers was charged on Monday with serious boating while intoxicated charges, including causing the death of another.
Nicholette McKenna was killed in the crash. Two other people were injured.
Troopers claimed that Childers smelled of alcohol and slurred his speech.
