No charges in fatal JCMO shooting

No one will be charged in a fatal Jefferson City shooting dating back to January. The Cole County Prosecutor says 27 – year old Michael Burns was accused of starting a gunfight on West Atchison. Investigators say Burns pulled a gun on another person. He ended up being shot by a third person who told officers he feared Burns would killed the victim.
