Time is counting down at the State Capitol

Lawmakers wrap up th 2023 session at the Capitol tonight. And time is running out for legislation to make it across the finish line. Both chambers passed anti – transgender bills and sent them to the Governor. A ‘No Texting’ driving bill also passed. The Governor has an Omnibus Crime Bill on his desk. The measure to legalize sports betting hasn’t passed. Work wraps up at 6-pm.
