The Versailles man who saw his charges dropped in connection with the 2021 protests at the US Capitol will stand trial after all.
Matthew Loganbill was indicted on federal charges of obstruction of a congressional proceeding and more.
His lawyers successfully convinced the judge to drop the charges because he didn’t stand trial within 70 days. The charges have been refiled and Loganbill will go before the judge next month.
