Jefferson City Police name the victim of a fatal Saturday shooting. Erik Spencer died after being shot multiple times on a parking lot outside Old Navy on Missouri Blvd. Investigators also say they know the identity of the shooter but say that person won’t ben identified unless charges are filed. No details on what led to the shooting have been released.
