Will Columbia’s trash pile up in Jefferson City?

Haven’t you had enough ‘trash talk’ out of Columbia? Recycling materials from Columbia are now coming to Jefferson City. The move comes after the April tornado destroyed that city’s recycling center. Columbia City officials say they’ll use funding set aside for drop – off sites to pay the private contractor.
