Prosecutors charge a Jefferson City woman with DWI and other offenses after she crashed on the Missouri River Bridge and went after workers with a hatchet.
Jefferson City police claim Jennifer Berry hit a sign and barriers in the bridge’s construction zone.
She also faces drug possession and resisting arrest charges.
