A teenage mother is accused of leaving a newborn infant behind a shed in Maries County.
Our news partner ABC – 17 says authorities did not say when or where the baby was found but said the infant was alive.
They claim a 17-year-old girl who recently gave birth abandoned the baby. A family member found the baby and called police.
There’s no word on any arrests.
