Details Determined for Givens Trial

The jury for a Jefferson City trial will be drawn from Johnson County. That and other details of the case for 26 year old Quatavia Givens were determined in a hearing today. Givens was arrested last October in connection to the disappearance and death of 4 year old Darnell Gray, whose body was found in the woods near Louis Circle with blunt and sharp force trauma. Givens was the caretaker for Gray and was quoted saying she “may have hit him wrong.”
