One man arrested after JCMO police standoff

A Jefferson City man is looking at weapons charges and resisting arrest after a standoff with police Tuesday. SWAT officers were called to a home on Hickory Street near Capital Region Medical Center for a 30 – year old man believed involved in a Monday weapons offense. He surrendered a short time later. Investigators say they recovered a gun involved in the Monday incident.
