A guilty verdict in the shooting death of a Mid-Missouri teenager

KMIZ– A Laclede County jury has found a mid-Missouri man guilty of killing a Tipton teen. Travis Clark was convicted of first-degree involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action. Clark was found guilty of killing Robert Asbaugh in 2016 in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue.Clark is scheduled to be sentenced on April 1.

Ashbaugh’s family tells ABC 17 News he was a junior at Calvary Lutheran High School in Jefferson City, where he was on the school’s track and cross country team.
