Three Charged for Murder of Columbia Man

Three central Missouri men are charged after the body of a Columbia man who disappeared last month was found. The Miller County Sheriff’s office says the body of 41-year-old Aaron Brantley was found near Brumley in Miller County. Brantley’s wife reported him missing February 9^th. Christopher English of Eldon, William Lucas and Daniel Cole, both of Kaiser, were charged Monday with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and abandonment of a corpse. The sheriff’s office says a preliminary investigation indicates Brantley died of a gunshot wound. A probable cause statement says a witness told Osage Beach Police Brantley was shot and killed at Lucas’ home in Miller County.
