Shots fired in JCMO neighborhood – Mom arrested

A Jefferson City woman is arrested after police say she broke up a fight by shooting a gun.  Police say Dixie Deluca got in the middle of the fight involving a bunch of juveniles, one of which was her kid, Tuesday afternoon on Clark Avenue near Lincoln University. JCPD says none of the juveniles involved or their parents have cooperated with the investigation so far.
