Chase and crash on Missouri Blvd. land one driver in jail

An Independence man faces charges after running from Jefferson City Police and causing a noon hour crash Monday. Police say they tried to pull over 41 – year old Kenneth Manion near Stadium and Missouri Blvd. He took off, ultimately hitting two other cars on Missouri Blvd. Manion was hurt in the crash.
