Former CoMo Police Chief arrested

Former Columbia Police Chief Ken Burton is arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. It happened at about 8:00 last (thur) night after an officer stopped his car at Broadway and McBaine Avenue in Columbia. He was arrested and released on a summons. Burton announced in December he was resigning as Columbia police chief, days after he was placed on administrative leave. He had run CPD since 2009.
