The Exodus begins at J-C Memorial Airport

Workers at Nick’s Restaurant are bugging out of the airport terminal ahead of the predicted flooding. Eric Raithel says they’re removing all the fixtures, tables and equipment and relocating to higher ground. The last time they evacuated the restaurant was in 2005. At the height of the 1993 flood water stood 12 – feet deep in what was Tremains Airport Cafe.
