Teenager drowns in Moniteau County

A Fulton teenager has drowned in a local creek.
The Highway Patrol says Bradley Hall jumped into the North Moreau Creek near Kiely Ford Road west of California at about 8 p.m. Wednesday. He apparently started to struggle, then went under the water and did not resurface. Hall was 17 years old.
