Victim seriously hurt in JCMO shooting

A suspect is on the run after an overnight shooting. Police were called to the 1300 – block of Monroe shortly before 11 – last night. The 25 – year old victim had a serious gunshot wound. Witnesses say they heard a fight and then shots. They say a man was seen running from the area.
