JC Schools may be interested in tornado damaged homes

Jefferson City Public School leaders want to talk to some of the owners of tornado damaged homes in the neighborhoods surrounding J-C High. They’re interested in possibly buying out some of those properties. The District is also working with their insurance provider to settle a claim after Simonsen 9^th Grade Center took a direct hit from the May tornado.
