Some happy hours might be coming to an end in Columbia

It could put an end to some happy hours and ladies nights in Columbia. The city is holding an open meeting this (mon) afternoon about whether to make a lot of drink specials illegal. Staffers have given the city council a report showing crime spikes during prime drinking hours. That open meeting starts at 3 this afternoon, downtown at city hall.
