Lawmaker’s battle with Twitter suit

Local state rep Cheri Toalson Reisch says she will meet with her attorney to decide whether to appeal last week’s ruling in her Twitter lawsuit. A federal judge ruled Reisch violated the constitutional free speech rights of a constitutent, when she blocked him on Twitter.
