GOP House Speaker Elijah Haahr (pronounced like car) opposes Medicaid expansion, saying it would take dollars out of the classroom. House Democratic Leader Crystal Quade supports Medicaid expansion, saying 100-thousand children have lost their Medicaid health care coverage.
