One man arrested in latest Columbia shots-fired call

A 21-year-old is facing charges over Columbia’s latest shots fired investigation. Police found shell casings and some property damaged Wednesday night near Rice Road and Boyd Lane in the northeast part of town. Terrell Lawrence of Columbia was arrested on Chestnut Drive not long after the shots fired. He’s a convicted felon, so he was not even allowed to have a gun.
